My lovely birthday cakes !Hola and just wanna update something regarding my previous birthday , that was somewhere March 26 '09 , hope It wasn't too late enough to tell ya's , haha !
Guest what ? I made my own birthday cake !! From the start I weighed the flour , using numbers of eggs , cocoa powder and give it a nice top dressing with cherries and giving a dash of icing sugar , here comes a simple gorgeous cakes !
From the shot it looks so alike buying 1 from the cake shop but that wasn't actually . Cuz the feeling of making 1 was there since months ago and here on a special day itself it turns so tremendously , sweet , soft , flawlessly and Yes I got to admit that the taste resembles 1 of any cake shops that I would have known somewhere ! Let's dig in !
